Taste-Test is a robotic arm system with sub-millimeter precision for plating fine dining desserts. Using computer vision to analyze plate geometry and sauce viscosity, it creates consistent, Instagram-worthy presentations. Piloted at two Michelin-starred restaurants in Zurich.
