How we got here,
and why we stay

Vibery isn't our first attempt at building a space for makers. Here's the story of what we learned along the way.

2016

Crunch

It started in a basement. A few friends tired of working from home, pooling money for rent and coffee. We called it Crunch because everything felt urgent back then.

2018

Growing pains

Word spread. More people wanted in. We moved twice, tried fancy furniture, experimented with "perks." Something got lost in the process.

2020

Airtime

Pandemic hit. We went remote. But we kept meeting—first on Zoom, then in parks, then in a smaller space. We called it Airtime. The vibe was different: slower, more intentional.

2023

First principles

We asked ourselves: what actually matters? Not amenities, not square meters. Connection. Craft. The accidental conversations that change how you see a problem.

2024

Vibery

A place where ideas ferment. Not a co-working space—a community that happens to share a workspace. Back to basics, but wiser.

Doubt your first assumptions. Return to first principles. Try anyway.

The Vibery Manifesto

Our principles

The beliefs that guide how we build and run this place.

Doubt your first assumptions

The obvious solution is rarely the right one. Take time to question what seems given.

Return to first principles

Strip away convention. What are we actually trying to do? What's the simplest path to get there?

Try anyway

Doubt is not paralysis. Ship something. Learn. Iterate. The only failure is not trying.

Make it with care

Craftsmanship matters. Whether it's code, coffee, or conversation—attention to detail shows.

Share generously

Knowledge hoarded is knowledge wasted. The best ideas spread when you give them away.

The team behind Vibery

We're members too. You'll find us at the same desks, drinking the same coffee, wrestling with the same problems.
